Newsletter Update: Interesting What I found and What’s Next for "Case-spirations" 📈
Hey Case-spiration Community,
First, I want to say a huge thank you. I’ve been working hard over the past 8 months to build this newsletter, and I’m humbled to share that over 1,000 supportive educators, connections to every continent, many top universities, diverse case writers, and professionals have chosen to be a part of the Case-spirations community.
Your decision to be part of this community is a vote of confidence, and I’m grateful for it.
Many of you are here for support, learning to see what AI can do with Case writing, being inspired with a sceptical eye and even to debunk what I am doing……. BUT, you are all here and that is what matters to me the most.
This update is a bit of a “health check” for the newsletter, a chance to share how far we’ve come, reflect on what’s been working, and, most importantly, keep you in the loop on what’s coming next. Whether you’ve been here from the beginning or recently joined, I want to make sure you know how much your feedback and engagement shape this journey.
As of today, I’ve sent out 30 newsletters, consistently Monday @ 9:15am EST. Each one crafted with the aim of delivering actionable, insightful content on AI and case study writing. Your engagement, clicks, and feedback have been invaluable in guiding each new edition, and they tell a clear story of what matters most to you.
Here’s a quick breakdown of what we’ve learned from the past 30 newsletters:
Top-Performing Topics: Newsletters that focus on practical tools, prompt engineering, and “how-to” guides consistently see the highest engagement. It’s clear that actionable, specific content is what you find most valuable.
Your Favorite Content Types: Step-by-step guides, downloadable resources, and hands-on examples have resonated the most. These formats make it easy to apply the insights in your own work.
New Ideas from Your Feedback: Thanks to the “Your Voice Matters” surveys and individual responses, I’ve learned that many of you want even more advanced content and resources that can be directly implemented, such as prompt templates, specific AI tool breakdowns, and case study templates.
Where We Are: A Healthy and Growing Community
Thanks to your ongoing support, we’re seeing steady growth of 60-100 new subscribers every month, with only 1-3 unsubscribes. This tells me we’re building a solid foundation and attracting a dedicated audience of AI enthusiasts, educators, and case writers. I take this low churn as a sign that our content is both valuable and aligned with your interests, a goal I strive to meet with each edition.
If you have some immediate thoughts or feedback PLEASE SHARE as this process is only helpful for both of us if I know what you want, like, are interested in and are in need of.
What’s Coming Next: Your Feedback in Action
